Objectives in Delivering a Great Customer Experience

Presentation Abstract

Delivering a great customer experience is much more than posting PDF files on a webpage. It’s delivering that nugget of information that your customer is looking for – quickly and intuitively. It’s a collaboration with your customers to make your technical information accurate. This presentation looks at ten traits of a delivery system that is foundational to a great customer experience.

What can attendees expect to learn?

Organizations often don’t know what they don’t know. This presentation will distill the ‘must have’ requirements to measure their customer experience against to determine if they are excelling, lacking, or right on target.
