How do you measure collaboration?
Presentation Abstract
How do you measure collaboration? Do you know how to work out if your teams are working well together?
In this age of measuring everything and evaluation based on numbers, this talk explores why you might want to measure your teams collaboration, or why you might choose not to measure it.
The session discusses how such a measurement might be possible, referring to scientific studies and peer- reviewed research.
The talk also looks into social media usage, and whether measuring a teams internal social media contributions can be a way of measuring collaboration.
Perhaps you have been asked to measure collaboration in your organization? Maybe you don’t think collaboration can be measured? Are you already measuring collaboration in your organization? Come along and join the discussion!
What can the audience expect to learn?
This presentation is aimed at managers, team leads and team members, and will get them to think about ways to measure (or not measure) collaboration. This talk will include case studies, and will invite discussion from the audience.
