Designing Effective Deliverables with Planned Reuse
Presentation Abstract
Do your customers get confused about where they should look for information? Does the same information appear in multiple deliverables? Do your deliverables contain inconsistent, inaccurate or contradictory content?
If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, then it’s time to evaluate your information architecture to determine what information belongs in which deliverables and how to reuse content to be consistent. Join Amber Swope as she walks through the process of analyzing your content and deliverables and identifying appropriate content reuse.
