Meet the Presenters

Robyn Faulkner-Conley leads an innovative team that develops content to support Oracle’s next generation of storage products.

All content source is authored in XML using AroborText Editor and conforms to topic-based DITA writing standards. Source XML files are stored in Astoria on Demand, our Content Management System. Our tools, processes, and infrastructure rely heavily on reuse and all writers engage in collaborative efforts to maximize reuse capabilities.

We are beginning to take our reuse model outside the traditional Technical Pubs realm and share content across the enterprise. Ultimately, our customers will benefit from clear, concise, and consistent information.
